Watching the Birdies

Like I said in my last post, all three cats have been enjoying watching the birds outside. They love seeing them fly, eat from the bird feeder, or just picking worms out of the ground.

This is not Shiva watching birds and instead, he's watching me from below our couch. 

Birds must have been flying by because Shiva is looking up into the sky.

Lately

The kitties have been getting into more trouble lately. Last Saturday, I had to work until late at night and I came home to Craig telling me that they had finally discovered the kitchen counters and were jumping on them constantly. Ugh!

They still play with toys quite a bit to stay busy and out of trouble. I was able to get two cute mice for them for free with a Pet Supplies Plus birthday coupon (meant for Tanzi).

They've been watching birds with enthusiasm for the last week or so. They especially like watching out the back window, where the bird feeder is.

New Toy

Tanzi enjoyed the packaging that came with our first Chewy.com order.

One of the items we ordered was this toy, which we had trouble finding in local pet stores. The boys love it.

Pema got to try out the toy first, while Shiva was recovering from his injury. Let's just say extra cat nip is not what Pema needs (he is crazy enough).

Shiva is such a little model with the way he sits on a consistent basis. He loves to pose like this.
